Hey guys. I am a 29.25 year old male who really is tired of only using fasting based regimens for potential longevity effects.
I really wanna up my game and I am getting just so overwhelmed with information that I just am gonna pull the trigger on some things and go for it.
My lifestyle regimen:
Intermittent fasting (22 hour fast window: 2 hour eating window) 5 days a week
One 48 hour fast per week
One 5 to 7 day water fast every 70 to 80 days.
Supplement regimen:
MISC Supplements
3 grams of taurine with meals for heart health/anti glycation/anxiolytic effects
4 mg of Astaxanthin with meals for anti skin cancer effects and possible impacts on FOXO
NAD-focused supplements
NMN when eating meals
Resveratrol (specifically for a potential synergy with NMN)
2 cups of White Tea with meals for skin benefits and anti cancer benefits
Supplements for CD38 inhibition:
Quercetin with meals
Apigenin with meals
Super Miscellaneous Supplements:
Ginkgo Biloba for its potential as a senolytic.
Does this seem like a reasonable regimen/supplement regimen?
Do any of you see any contradictions regarding these substances and their timing in terms of how I will be taking all of them at every meal for the most part?
