For the vain and discerning biohacker, the aspirational beautiful immortal, Collagen is an irreplaceable antiaging agent. While it will make you look younger, the profundity of its effects, demonstrated in over 400 clinical trials, is so much more than skin deep...

A biohack for the vain?
The strongest evidence for Collagen is the clinical trials evaluating its anti-aging effects on our appearance - making us look younger and this undeniably what's made Collagen so popular. Some might regard this as vain and shallow but investigating the science you'll see that most of the studies done were not simply aiming to validate yet another "beauty product." Studies focused on things like how Collagen helped burn victims or repaired skin wounds. Furthermore, beauty is a good thing to aspire to. Philosophically, real beauty is undeniable and inspiring, it awakens us from a nihilistic slumber and reminds us that there are fundamental empowering truths.

Listen to almost any health podcast and you'll hear the health-conscious raving about Collagen. It's very popular; it's called a "health craze" - here we'll look at the science and evidence for Collagen and see if it lives up to the hype...

FAR more to it than just appearances, in fact I would suggest the non visible effects are more significant. Collage plays a major part in healing tendons and ligaments, strengthens bones and a minor part in muscle repair (standard whey is superior), and of course the more widely known skin benefits.

I use anti-aging products, but as Teresa Mary said, if we want to keep skin youthful and slow down aging, we need a holistic approach. Skin care alone won't do much good unless you have a good foundation for a healthy lifestyle and excellent nutrition and supplementation. A person does not need to spend a fortune, start with the correct sleep schedule (in a crib up to 10 pm), walking in the air, unprocessed food (less convenience foods, more food cooked at home)
