Hey do you guys know of a good vitamin A supplement?
Basically what I want is
animal source and/or animal source analogs or some mix of that but like LOW DOSE...

I find that I've taken more than 1 brand of FULL DOSE  supplements for animal source vitamin a and they cause side effects every time

it's like , they're not designed to keep vitamin A overload in mind.
So I need something low dose like maybe 50% of what most animal source vitamin a's are dosed at.
Heck even like something like 20% per pill and you have to take a few pills to pile up the dose to what you want.

One time I got this "dissolvable" vitamin a that was supposed to be dissolvable in water and it didnt work i had to leave it in the cup for like 3 days and nothing happened

I am also interested in vitamin A combos like 15 000 IU beta carotene with like 50% animal vitamin a...

I find vitamin A really evens out vitamin D side effecst for me which mostly equal sleeplessness but the vit d benefits my body composition and my immunity so... !!!! need to take that high dose.

I take teaspoon of wileys orange burst fish oil(really cod oil) for omegas and the natural vitamin A(3k-8k).

-taking the oil means you know if its spoiled and the taste is very mild.

-weston price found most cultures(blue areas still living off the land) take between 30k-50k of vitamin A, so still far under that.

-important to supplement vitamin D and K2 with A.
