Hello,

I don't post often, but I visit regularly! ;)

I noticed on instagram that David Sinclair has changed his regimen a little and figured I'd post it in here. Not sure if this has been posted about already(apologies if so), but I found it interesting:

"Today it was a mix of NMN and the SIRT1 activators resveratrol, fisetin & quercetin, dissolved in a few tsp of cottage cheese"

Interesting.   I believe ' fisetin & quercetin' are new to his regimine?   I wonder if he's doing that daily, and at what dose.

WOW! Sinclair started taking Senolytic supplements!

Quercetin and Fisetin lead to apoptosis via the PI3K:

As was discussed in other threads, taking a senolytic daily is not likely to be an effective treatment. If fisetin effectively clears senescent cells, then it only needs to be taken for a short period of time. Maybe a one week treatment every other year (for example)

Senescent cells do perform vital functions in the body (like wound repair), so you wouldn't want to keep them suppressed or eliminated completely.
