Not wealthy but definitely more comfortable than I was when I first joined the group about 13 years ago. I was a struggling kid then who spent about 75$ a month on a very carefully curated supplement regimen back then, or so I thought.

My wife and I are dedicated longevitists (if that's a word). Her regimen is slightly more complex due to the added number of beauty supplies involved.

Please remind me of the significance of rapamycin again? Senolytic activator?

Oh oh speaking of which, I forgot that I cycle Quercetin sometimes. And I also utilize trehalose in my morning cocoa.

So I decided to try to add Berberine back in place of Melatonin, for now. Primarily due to the Testosterone lowering effects of Metformin.

Right now I am taking 800 mg a night of Berberine.

Studies show it raises male hormones rather than trading them for a longevity benefit.

Edit: I wanna have a great health span as a man, not as a castrated Numbnuts.

Unless you stay home most of the time it's got to be a chore to keep that schedule

Not at all.

I cluster the intake of supplements into

Wke up: Morning intake

Afternoon lunch: Intake

Evening after work: intake

It's second nature at this point.

Yes I take supplements to work with me.

Hi it has been a while since you posted your regimen and I was wondering if you might be willing to also share whether this has helped lab results, what your bio-age is compared to years lived, etc.

Most of us either can't afford or do not have the discipline to be this ambitious with our supplements.

(and with age it swallowing often gets a bit dodgy).

I would be very curious if you and your doctors feel this diligence has paid off.

Thanks!

My age is 37, whereas my biological age is 27.

That's the best guestimate based on the research and blood work I have had done.

My most recent primary doctor basically felt that I was getting "too much" testing done and that all my blood work looked better than average for my age.

Last cholesterol reading was Total 189 LDL 79 HDL 85 Trigs 48 and Lp(A) 33 nmol/l,

My last A1C was 4.3 my fasting glucose 85 and all my liver and kidney functions were perfect or better than perfect

Electrolytes showed orderly balance between Mag Pottass and Sod.

CRP read low. Thyroid hormone was balanced.

Cortisol was VERY low.

Thus, my primary doctors recommendation to get tested "a little less frequently".

However, I often experiment with dietary macronutrient ratios and thus like to get tested as I experiment. So I do indeed force the issue. To see what's working in addition to supplementation.

As far as affordability. I choose this. There are a LOT of other things I could and possibly should be spending money on, but I choose to place supplementation on the top of my list, unless someone I love is in dire need before me. Luckily that hasn't happened. But yes, I am choosing this as a priority over going out partying, having a good time and or other habits that I can do without. I think about how much money people spend on a drinking or weed habit. And I ask the same question you just asked me.
