about 23 to 25. Either of those I would believe
Gym 6 times a week grey hair since 20 yo

I'm guessing 23 or so. Its hard to tell.
If you already have gray, that's not the end of the world. I know people who got gray young, and yes, they had white hair in their late 40s, but they didnt appear to look older in other ways.
And I also know people who are in their 60s with no gray, but look terrible for their age.
