In certain people that have had to remove parts of their brain due to whatever reason. I wonder if it is possible to take the part of the animal brain that is missing in the human and sort of have it connected from the outside into the brain of the person via special technique and wires. Putting it directly inside would probably present too many risks. And the animal brain probably has to be fresh. But if we can simulate the same environment as the brain in the box that is placed next to the head and joined in somehow with the human brain inside from the outside.
