L-DOPA over Tyrosine since it skips an extra step and forced to become dopamine etc in a timely matter. But I also take Tyrosine for other reason and I prefer regular Tyrosine over NALT as you don't know for sure how an unnatural chemically altered-made one version functions and absorbs etc.

GABA-A I think it was that which was seen high in Asians which resulted in them seeing being able to decipher any type of structures better or see things more clearly and faster.

DIET
I don't eat big meals just small meals throughout the day so I carry prepackaged foods and snacks I make or some I buy online or at the store. But each pack contains different things so I don't weirdly mix different food with each other and some food is better absorbed when eaten alone. For example if you eat meat with veggies that can mess with both their absorption so I eat them at different instances apart.
