I think we can all agree that 99.9% people on this site are interested in improving their health, but we all have our little weaknesses. It would be interesting to know what are yours.

Mine (1 as the worst, 10 as the least...but it's all relative):

1.) Nicotine - I'm just prone for that odd cigarette or two a day. At least I'm protected by my cognitive dissonance (ignorance for the future health consequences). Yes, yes the irony of it all.
2.) Workaholism - I'm a compulsive hard worker...not bad, but I sacrifice my sleep and leisure time way too often, I actually enjoy working till 6 am
3.) Absolute impatience - I need it know and just right now!
4.) Constant drive for hedonism - comfy is my middle name (although this one is controversial considering certain aspects)
5.) Trying to problemsolve problems I can't (probably) solve - how the h*ll are we going to make this damn Earth a better place
6.) Compulsive training - if I don't work out for a day, it's a crisis
7.) Compulsive studying - I need to know it all
8.) Alcohol - my plan to take it easy on friday nights always ends up the wrong way
9.) Egocentrism - damn isn't it logical that I come first
10.) Obsessions with health - vitamins, life-extension methods, too much money spent on dubious substances, experimenting with myself biochemically, forgetting to live

Now I'm exposed, hope I won't get banned from the site [lol]

1) I believe in the 5 second rule.
2) Just last week I had a diet soda.
3) Who needs sleep? 6 hours is plenty.
4) Sometimes I forget to take some of my supplements.
5) I've been known to eat the occasional french fry.
6) I wouldn't know a steel-cut oat if it bit me on the leg.
7) I'll do the same weightlifting workout for weeks.
8) I've been known to exceed the speed limit.
9) Square cakes are best because you can get a corner which has more icing.
10) I spend too much time making lists.

1) I tend to worry about my past, and have anger issues about things I simply can't change.
2) I don't do 5 miles a day, plus weights which has been my goal since I was 19. (I only do 3 miles three or four times a week, sometimes I'll compensate and do 5 or 6)
3) I eat too much dairy (daily)
4) I don't watch enough comedy and if I do, I'll have a computer too.
5) I really should give undivided attention to each child-each day.
6) I should play with the children more, instead of watching them play with Dad.
7) I drive daily--that is unhealthy air wise and statistically quite dangerous. ;)
8) Sometimes I have too much coffee, or even will have a nicotine gum.
9) I occasionally read Cosmo. :)
10) I spend too much daily down-time away from my work (my down-time is ImmInst though :) ).

I'm lazy and cold during the winter so I don't take a shower everyday at that season like I usually do. o_o

I'm lazy and cold in the winter too, but instead of skipping a shower, I'll stand in it for 20 minutes with the water as hot as I can stand.

Well that pretty much qualifies as an imperfection [thumb]

I've been known to exceed the speed limit.

Heck, I do that sometimes too, but usually intentionally. I do whatever will give me the best fuel economy. So often I will carry through momentum when going downhill for the next hill, even if that means temporarily breaking the speed limit. I do this because I care more about the environment / conserving fuel than conforming to rules designed for the lowest-common denominator of drivers.

Compulsive studying - I need to know it all

Ok, now you are bragging. That's actually an asset.

Instead of the fresh fruits and vegetables that I'm pretty sure should be at the core of my diet, I eat, well, not the worst stuff in the world, but far from where it should be.

I keep insane hours.

I don't work out enough, and my circuit is lame.

If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk.

The video games...

I post on imminst too much.

I occasionally read Cosmo.

1) I don't do as much exercise as I would like.
2) I keep highly irregular hours...
3)... so I have a really bad sleep pattern.
4) I don't eat as much fruit as I would like (I prefer veg and salad).
5) I spend too much time at my computer.
6) I get frustrated over little things that really aren't a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
7) I'm sometimes too impulsive and don't think about consequences enough.
8) I don't read Cosmo, but do sometimes read trashy tabloids.
9) I don't plan enough and tend to rush things at the end if there is a deadline.
10) I start things and don't finish them.

On the plus side I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, I don't drink much alcohol, I give to charity, I laugh a lot, I have a great family and great friends... so I guess it all balances nicely [thumb]

The more unhealthy you are the less you care about unimportant things.

1. Living in a area with bad air not fresh air
2. Living in cities with not a lot of water or trees etc
