my suggestion is 16mg, 100% DRI as nicotinic acid

Do not use nicotinamide which is a SIRT inhibitor. That almost all multis use this except ortho-core is likely one reason it is popular among life extensionists.

i thought inositol-hexaniacinate was all the rage for niacins...

oh well

Now THAT would be interesting. It definately shows promise. Hopefully there's not copyright problems or unreasonable expense in the way. If not, this also has my vote.

If there is, I'd like to second the "Anything but niacinamide" vote.
