Seems too good to be true. Surprised this topic has not come up here yet, I've searched thoroughly so pardon me if it has. Here are a couple of links, some of them are full of crap(in the sense of making outrageous claims without scientific backup) but nevertheless... I did it just for kicks last night since it requires little effort and no monetary investment to test it out. I used a couple of books on each of the front legs of my bed for a total of approx 5 inches total, woke up 6 hours later(after a very tiring day) feeling fully rested and energized(usually I sleep for 8-10). Had the one of the most realistic real-life like dreams too. Obviously this is very anecdotal and could very well be placebo or attributed to some other variables yet I'm curious to hear on more experiences of imminst members. I will see how it goes with more time and more inclination.
