I have found it very difficult to find reputable sellers of nootropics on this forum. Therefore, I think it's a good idea to create a list of EU suppliers. Personally, I only know two. However, the purpose of a community is to share and learn from another. Exchanging supplier info is part of that, in my opinion. If you know more, I'll gladly add them to the list. Perhaps we should also include foreign suppliers that ship to Europe at a relatively normal price.

Suppliers:

Hi EMP

We Europeans do not have it too easy to get hold on nootropics!

I usualy order my regular stack items from US bulk suppliers like SmartPowders.

For "special items" I order with either an online pharmacy that ships offshore or with:

www.qhi.co.uk

which are based in the UK.
Big plus: they usualy ship from Ireland when the delivery address is at the EU mainland,
so there is not much to worry about customs wise.

Wait, can you get the stuff, which need a prescription like modafinil from the last site with no problems? Also can you please post (or if you want PM, same for me) the online pharmacy that ships offshore that you are talking about? Thanks.

Just so my post isnt completely offtopic: I've ordered from Smartpowders and Cerebralhealth and they were both legit. I personaly didnt find a more trusted and cheaper supplier than them at the time, but maybe there are some, because obviously the shipping costs are greater from usa-based suppliers than from Europe-based ones.

Hi FDA-Approved,

You live in the UK right?

QHI is located in the UK but for UK citizens it seems to be a bit more complicated to order:

http://www.qhi.co.uk/ukcitz.asp

QHI ships branded products. I just ordered Olmifon and Retin-A . The prices on some products are rather high, but some are great deals.
e.g. Retin-A 60 Gramm 0,025 Gel for 21€ is cheap for Janssen-Cilag brand in the EU.

The "offshore pharmacy" is not a top secret tip :) I guess it is pretty popular. I ordered with them about 10 times and all orders showed up quick:

http://www.longecity...__1#entry349757

Smart Powders is a good place to buy, even if you are in Europe. Never had problems with customs. (and I live in Germany :) )
I did not try Cerebralhealth, but from what I hear they should be prety good.

ON TOPIC:

DocSimon needs to be added to the list as brand name Piracetam source.

I cannot update the list as I have no moderator permissions to edit my post, but I suggest to keep up the good work and people from Europe can easily find new suppliers by going through this thread. I would like to add another one: http://www.purebulk.com. An US-based supplier with relatively low shipping costs.

As of very recently, Purebulk does not carry piracetam any longer. No idea why though.

Excuse me but IMO this thread should only containt suppliers that ship their stuff from within the EU, otherwise it can get stuck at the border.

I guess this might be because they are afraid of the FDA (?)
I'm in touch with an company based in China recently. They have an online store and see to individuals in Asia but also ship world wide. They sell Piracetam for around 50USD + shipping (30-40 USD) and offer discounts for multiple kilos.
They also carry Nefiracetam, Oxiracetam, Aniracetam and lots more. They accept paypal payment. The only issue besides the high shipping rates is the missing third party COA, they just have an COA they imake themselves.
I will place a sample order and report back.

I agree. But there are only a few (already mentioned) to my knowledge.

QHI.co.uk as mentioned above, look legit, but modafinil prices are >8X higher than mod.ph which was recommended on another thread. They keep changing their website address though (caveat: not known over how long a period, no more than 3 years, but still). Uses blue pay which looks legit. Haven't tried em yet.

mod.ph - i tried to order 2 packs, the order came up as 12 before I hit 'buy'.
their ordering system is odd.
i'll find out what they come back with on email, but i'm skeptical. Would be grateful to hear of any others' experiences with mod.ph

Still worthy mention - Ebay. Excellent resource for sourcing nootropics at good prices from EU.

A certificate of quality (purity test) is always a very good sign it's a legit source, plus check for feedback count like any seller. It should look like this one - http://i1174.photobu...zps8e0a7283.jpg

Hi Cephalon,

I recently moved from Amsterdam to Frankfurt, and I've already experienced a lot of problems getting nootropics past the customs here in Germany.

You mention SmartPowders above, and I was wondering how long you typically waited for shipments to arrive?

I've ordered from them many times in the past with no problems when I was living in Amsterdam and I know they are a trustworthy and reliable source, but this is the first time I've ordered from them since living in Germany.

It's been two weeks since I received notification that my order had been sent, but since it usually only took a week to reach me when I was living in Amsterdam, I'm beginning to get a little concerned that it may have been stopped by customs.

used ebay for quite some time now, Vitality supplements were always good with the Noopept. However, recently moved over to a new supplier after hearing a good word. Thought it should be mentioned in this list. nootropics.co.uk

+1 to http://www.jgsupplements.com - I use them for most things now, i'm uk based but my cousin in france uses them and says delivery's decent enough....

i've been meaning to try nootropichub/nootropic.eu

tried intellimeds - not happy with the cap count, material is legit enough

qhi looks very very expensive, but they mostly sell phrma stuff and have been round a while

also tried smartpowders (us). delivery from their end was quick enough but unfortunately i got hit with import charges. vat @ 20% duty @ 12.5 and then a flat fee of 6-8 i think, which made the whole ordeal about 50% more expensive, so i'll be sticking to uk for now.

For Dutch users, this is a good, reliable and relatively cheap supplier

Yeah i got hit with a load of delivery import charges when i ordered some stuff from the US. Really annoyed me because the US seems to have the very best products and reviews, especially for the supplement industry.

i have moved to UK suppliers but only ones that my friends have already ordered from and recommended. They had some bad experiences with intellimeds so i stopped with them, mainly underweighed and poor email response time. Found a UK supplier for Noopept that do exactly what i want in a tablet which is Citicoline and Noopept combined so im happy for Noopept suppliers at least.

Nice of you to share your experience, but why would you keep the sources secret? How about sharing with us the source(s) you're talking about, it's the purpose of this thread!

Updating from my previous post - I've now used QHI (who are legit but arn't exactly easy to order from).

JG - (http://www.jgsupplements.com) Seems legit range is decent enough - usually grab health related stuff so noots were a nice surpise
Intelli - (http://www.intellimeds.co.uk) Used and can't recommend - they aren't a scam but I don't think the quality control is there
Nootropichub - (http://www.nootropics.eu) ( delivery expensive - i think they are based in spain - still need to try them out!
SmartNootropics (http://www.smartnootropics.co.uk) - put 3 orders in so far - all turned up within a day or two (this was UK to UK)

I should add i've not contacted support for ALL of these companies, I've emailed back and forth with smartnootropics who seemed helpful - nootropic hub didn't respond to one enquiry.
