Considering VRP, but they don't do COA's, and I phoned them and the sales lady was so clueless. She couldn't even tell me who the CEO was or how many employees they had. And she had no idea about COA's.

Relentless Improvement seems to have been around a while but look very small and the website looks a bit amateurish. No "about us" etc. No-one answers the phone.

Now that aside, I'm looking for a high quality source of MK4 at a decent price. 15mg.

Carlson. I have personally purchased this a few times. It's one of the relatively few supplements that make a noticeable difference. It might sound strange. But, my teeth and skin feel smoother after using this. I have not posted a review. But, others have made similar statements.

You right it does sound strange. What do you mean your teeth are smoother? My teeth have always been smooth (I'm 32) and I assumed others are as well. (from kissing experience).

What on earth is rough teeth?

Smoother teeth in the morning without brushing. Basically reduced dental bacterial biofilm growth.

Oh. Lol. Ok makes sense now.

I thought you were implying it related to the actual teeth enamel somehow etc. :P

It's a common remark regarding mk4 supplementation. My teeth are in very good shape to begin with and I would never consider them to be rough. But, the smoother sensation is very real. I'm not sure why. Similar remarks were also posted in this other Longecity thread: http://www.longecity...-k2-mk4-vs-mk7/

I purchased mine through Relentless Improvement, good service, no fuss, it arrived when they said it would. What else is there to say

Is there a place we can test end products for purity?

Maybe I should mail ConsumerLabs?

I did try to chat to the guy who runs Relentless Improvement, but no-one answered. Maybe I will try again.

I'm very concerned with quality, especially in less common supplements like K2.

I've purchased from VRP without incident. They've been around since 1979. You may try sending an email with your questions. BTW, they are currently running a "buy 1 get 1 free" sale through Sunday 13 November.

For K2-mk4, I use Complementary Prescriptions brand.
For K2-mk7, I go with Super K from LEF.

The're both available from their own manufacturer web sites and a variety of other places like Amazon.

Was curious how often you all take mk7, considering that the half-life is claimed to be 3-4days?
