If you would like assistance finding something to do that fits your schedule, aptitude and interest then choose one or more items in the Longecity Take Action Poll and the Teams Coordinator will contact you to go over options.

Come on people, with so much to choose from and not everything taking up huge chunks of your life, everyone can contribute a little volunteering even if it is just one comment on a blog once a month.

The more people who get behind this and push, the further it will go and the closer we are to defeating aging. :)

Would be a good idea. I must admit that I'm not 100% up on the points thing.
