I'm wondering what's your optimal dosage?
it seemed 500 mg and 1000 mg was quite weak.
Felt something at 2000 mg.
No drastic "clear mind" effects like some people notice.
Nor did I notice any magnesium toxicity effects [no diahreea or nausea].

Is there anyone that needs to take above the 2g??

It seems to build in my system the more consistently it taken for me. Ive never needed above 2g personally.

I've just started taking magnesium threonate to improve my sleep (cognitive benefits? Bonus!)

The bottle says 1 serving is 3 capsules and is 144mg.

Is this way too low or am I missing something?

I forget the name of the brand right now, but it is sourced from magtein.

Pirate... you are refering to the magnesium content of the 2000mg Magtein.

I felt 2g every night did a good job at curbing anxiety. People purport improved memory. Mine has always been good so I haven't noticed anything.

So if I'm weighing out mag threonate powder how much should I put in the capsules - 2000mg? It's from cerebral health but doesn't say anything about magtein.

Any help would be appreciated.
