I have bought 5 grams of Sunifiram on Amazon.co.uk.

 

I wanted to make a 5mg dose but I have scale whose accuracy is officially 10mg, but I can trust it only on 100mg measure.

What I did was quite simple actually, I took 100 mg of Sunifiram, put it in half a liter of water and took 25 ml of water each time I needed 5 mg.

I kept the water in the fridge. After few days the water does not taste so good so the following time I decided to froze most of the water  and keep liquid only few doses.

 

 

By any chance is there anything wrong in what I did?

You could try to use an excipient which doesn't clump, such as maltodextrin.

Measure 100 mg of Sunifiram.

Then measure 1900 mg of maltodextrin.

Put them in a bowl and mix them really well using a spatula or teaspoon.

If you use a colored excipient such as idebenone, you will be able to visually check if the mixture is uniform.

The mixture will weight 2000 Mg, and each 100 mg will contain 5 mg of Sunifiram.
