Hi!

I heard that piperine boosts bioavailibity of both egcg and curcumin. Is that a good idea to take those three together? What dosages should one go for?

What are safe dosages of egcg and curcumin to take long term? May they be harmfull at certain dosages especially when being more bioavailibe?

Also can piperine boost bioavailibity of other substances like racetams?

You should search the forum, there are extensive sometimes well informed discussions about this topic.

Be careful with EGCG, concentrated dosage is known to be hepatotoxic and associated with several cases acute liver failure.
