I´m interrested as.. in Serotonine depletion, just saying:

Fenfluramine decreases serotonine in autistic and increased, via the depletion, the IQ

https://books.google...tonemia&f=false

This could be possible with evodiamine:

Evodiamine may also act in a manner comparable to tianeptine by increasing the number of serotonin transporters available in the brain, enhancing the reuptake of serotonin.[3]

http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Evodiamine

Berberine and evodiamine influence serotonin transporter (5-HTT) expression via the 5-HTT-linked polymorphic region

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/21647174

I´ve tried it once( evoida plant extract) and it was somehow anxiogenic but also nice and a bit addicting (perhaps via TRPV activation ?).

Why are you interested in serotonine depletion? I think that enhacing the reuptake of serotonin would only increases the effects of serotonin in the brain, just like CDP upregulates dopamine and acetylcoline receptors.

Serotonine is a modulator of dopamine + others (glutamate, noradrenaline) and is afaik considered with rather an inhibitory function, therefore my interrest.

Decreasing Serotonine could have an impact on Social(decrease of emphaty?, increase of affect?, decrease of anxiety?)

sexual (rather an increase in males and bisexuallity/nonselectivity!) cognitive(increase?) and motivational (Increase?) behavior.

E.g. Some studies are based on the hypothesis that too much serotonine is implicated with some Autisitc phenotypes.

On the other hand, the brain is fine-tuned with those Neurotransmitters and everything has its place but I´m still wondering how it is,

given that a transient pharmacological decrease has no negative effects on epigenetics or exerts damage by e.g too much glutamate & etc

You guys do know that Serotonine, Cortisone, and Adrenalin are stress hormones and not only act as neurotransmitters but have effects to many cells DNA. Any over large effect from these things gets reset by the feedback systems, the hormones are quite harmful when unregulated!
There's no high that can be maintained through the day except being healthy. To increase the high you guys seek I would recommend getting the electrolytes and their carriers they need. Once your vitamin and amino acid consumption is matched to your needs you can then move on to exercising the nervous system to increase your emotional capacities. When your body has reached a type of saturation point you'll then be in a position to master yourselves and your senses, thats when the fun begins.
Having an intrest in chemical psychology will open your minds up to any possibility in this area for personal improvement. I wouldn't want you guys to become drug addicts or see you wasting decades of your time chasing a synthetic high.
A lot of stuff called bad drugs are infact compounds found naturally, it's the individuals own shortfall of nutrients that determines the extent of the side effects/comedown. Exciting compounds only release what you have available in your body, taking more or cocktailing will only deplete you more.
Master yourselves, but stay balanced and grounded for everyones sake!
