Hey guys, I already posted this on Reddit but as a long time lurker here I think it's appropriate to warn people here as well.

I've read numerous reports of this company selectively scamming people out of hundreds of dollars, but I didn't think they would bother doing it over 16 dollars... 16 measly fucking dollars. I couldn't find another source for sarcosine so I took the risk:

A few weeks go by and I start to get suspicious. Shipment to Australia does at times take a few weeks but not usually this long. So I decide to check the tracking number they included in the email:

What? What?! A 12.7kg package delivered to Newark? That's when I knew it was a scam. In 100s of online purchases I've made, not a single time has a provided tracking number been misleading.
I messaged their "support" a while ago with no response. The funniest thing is that a company would have this much if a low integrity to risk their shitty reputation over $16. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice.

The funny thing is someone on Reddit responded with the same exact issue.

Now I have tried to give benefit of the doubt and assume they send multiple packages to Newark to be processed and reshipped but honestly I have never seen it done in this manner. I have dealt with these kind of shipping options and it's always explicit.

That's what I would call them as well, scammers. Tried to cheat me too a couple of years ago. I'll never buy anything from them again.

I quit buying from them a few years ago. I believe it was low quality glutamine that had a bad odor and taste. They refused to do anything until I threatened to make a complaint to paypal which I had used. That got their attention but they only replaced part of the shipment, and did not do as promised. I never bought from them again, I believe they had a change of ownership not long before that incident.

My last shipment (about a year ago) also never arrived and they couldn't provide any tracking results on it. I got no response from customer service either and had to create a complaint with Paypal before they responded.

They really don't. They should change their name to AssPowders.
