When a Person Mixes Vitamin C Powder with Banking Soda in Water to form the Sodium Ascorbate Salt -- that person has not changed the efficacy of the Vitamin C, its just made in a neutralized salt form, so its not acidic and not sour tasting anymore

Can a Person do the SAME THING with N-AcetylCysteine ?? Or will it ruin its efficacy because it does something to the Acetyl Group??

Which one is True ?? I want to mix NAC, & Baking Soda in Water so it tastes ok and looses acidity

Please Help Me -- I really like NAC to increase my GLutathione and want to know if i can make it taste good and not be acid. Salting w baking soda ruin how effective it is? or not?

Thanks
