Hello everyone

I'm about to switch medications from Amitriptyline to Nortriptyline which i take for nerve pain to see if the latter has less sedating effects.

The Amitriptyline works well for the GI pain but does make my memory foggy and verbal recall slow and i imagine the Nortriptyline will do the same to some extent.

I wanted to ask the experts here what would be the obvious way / supplement to take to help combat these effects without any adverse interactions? I already take Alcar 900mg per day, and was wondering if CDP choline would be beneficial on top of it to bring back some shaper memory and recall?

I'm also taking a multi vit and Rhodiola most days, i'm new to all this so still learning, but i would love to get my quick wit back.

Regards
