So I usually just sit at home on my computer and I maybe wont be going out for weeks but when I do finaly step outside  its like my body whole changes. I feel like dopamine rushing trough my body. My body starts to heat up.. I dont know but I feel so good but its only if I have been home for a long time and havent gone outside for weeks. If I go out everyday the feeling is not as powerful its still there but very minimal. Anyway is there any scientific reason for this? Why does my body act this way when I go out?

Pollen and the essential oils of plants can be neuro active. Especially during the fall. Could also be oxygen levels. Perhaps you should consider an indoor plant. It could of course also be that you haven't been moving about much and even small amounts have become rewarding.

Maybe its just relief to finally stop staring at four walls and have a change? I would not be too satisfied if I never left my house for weeks.
