Warning, I have no references on this one, I just googled natural rapamycin because I doubt if my dog will be selected for the rapamycin study for dogs, we are in the UK after all....Interestingly Green Tea came up and Liquorice.

Don't worry I won't be giving either to my dog without veterinary advice.  And I won't eat liquorice as it's associated with arrythmias, but I'm wondering, how much Green Tea is good for us?  ( I know too much of anything can have an opposite effect)  :-)

thanks...I'm wondering about how much is optimal also.  A lot of these nutrients can be over and under taken...there seems to be an optimal amount that results in benefit with them.
