Is it growth hormone? or are there other hormones etc bodily functions that decide?

Myostatin. Some people are born with less and some with none. It plays a role in how much muscle can be grown. They have been trying to isolate it for years in peptide form but no success.

This isn't related to the ops question.

How so? He mentioned growth. That could mean not just height but muscle.

Because 99% of the population does not lift weights to grow muscle. You're obviously stretching things in order to make a post here.

Also this is the bioscience forum and NOT the exercise forum.

Furthermore his exact words are "you grow" meaning the whole being...

Furthermore Myostatin inhibitors exist, but the doses sold are hundreds of times weaker than required... Also very expensive.

99% of the population doesn’t lift weight to grow muscle. 99% of people at the gym lifting weights have no desire to grow muscle Hmmmm wow that’s a new one lol smh

And why would I need to stretch things to make a post? For a status? I paid for my memebership I don’t need a status. I clear $200k per month. I could buy you if I wanted.
