hi I'm Italian, I apologize for the translation but I use Google translate, after 9 years of porn abuse and 13 years of video abuse, I have dopamine receptors completely down-regulated, now I'm 100 days of nofap after 1 year of tests and I reduced sensibly the use of internet and videogames, but I feel that as soon as I listen to music, I watch TV or I'm a bit 'more on the internet, dopamine I hear it much less, this is the current stack that I take for almost 6 months, multivitamico general, Omega 3 1,200 EPA + 800 DHA, zinc 30mg, magnesium 450mg, B6 11mg, 1mg of melatonin before bed, compared to before I feel much better in terms of dopamine but just do any activity that stimulates a little dopamine and I feel bad again, I would recommend supplements that repair receptors and solve problems and not temporary things like adderal for example, I saw the stack of mr Happy and I would like to try but here in Italy find those supplements is very difficult and expensive or, could you advise me of the economic integrators that make the case directly from amazon.com? I am afraid because I have read many people who do not react well to the choline and some who have nerve damage, can you give me some advice? and can you also recommend some supplement to help me regenerate dopamine receptors?

If you have money to waste then amazon is okay since it has a lot of stuff but some is a lie -- utter b.s. --  although you can get your money back I suppose.   I have ordered stuff that was completely fake.  Ceretropic takes bitcoin  (I am about to dive in for the first time ever)  and I think is FAR more trustworthy.   NO ADDERALL.   Point blank.   Also can anyone chime in on the melatonin?   Not sure if I would even take that much or every night anymore.   I'm really really beginning to think that the best way is to start with the least possible and slowly add stuff in if necessary.   As in -- your body repairs on its own.   Use this wonderous capacity to its best advantage.   A quick fix is great and all,  but if you are young you can do this on your own with good habits.   Then you can also add in supplements.   This is just my own opinion from experience.   Food and exercise and sleep and self-care and love.   I am waaay more screwed up than most though.   Probably beyond hope.   I only wish I were as together as YOU!

CDP-choline. Can probably find it in bulk somewhere reasonable.
