Hello,  i read somehere that fasting can help to cure a tooth abcess,  but when we fast, our immun system is weak right ?   tooth abcess / infection + weak immun system = septicimia no ?

A tooth abscess requires a root canal to remove the dead tissue and nerves. Fasting isn't going to cure it nor will it necessarily lead to septicemia.

For most people, well before it gets to that point you'll be in the worst pain of your life and your jaw will swell, compress your nerves, gums swell and be full of puss. Paracetamol + codeine barely touches it.

Even if you control the infection and remove it from the soft tissue with antibiotics, the source of the infection is still there in the tooth and will just infect the area again in weeks, months or even years. It'll come back.

So, no, fasting doesn't cure a tooth abscess.

potassium iodide on the tooth worked for root canal infection for me. Does potassium iodide break the fast? I don't know
