It's very cold where I am but with vitamin K my body temperature increases and I can go out into the cold without having to wear as much clothing as usually. It's a large effect it has.

Vitamin K is a dark horse for me. It seems to boost T, libido, etc, but seems to be antidopaminergic-wipes off some of my cognitive edge. Any thoughts?

I’ve noticed the temperature thing too.

I have not noticed any anti-dopamine effects albeit I know it affects glutamate (lowering in higher dosages, increasing in lower, but randomly) which in turn affects dopamine.

Vitamin K stimulates the thyroid. It can also lower acetylcholine (ie, take with vitamin E and/or alpha-GPC).

You would think all nutrients do this to some degree. But on another off topic note ive always thought of the weather as a cleaning the earth including ice age tornados etc and bacteria mold. if we lived in more tune with nature it wouldnt happen to such high degrees or at all nature friendlly tech etc
