MC4R (Melanocortin 4 receptor) & NPSR1 (Neuropeptide S receptor 1) . What is their involvement in anxiety?  I was told they are heavily involved in anxiety disorders and blocking them produce an anxylotic effect. Can someone go in a little detail about these 2 genes?
