Hello, i have a big problem ! !!!

- My sister have thyroid problem !

There is my blood test :

anti--tpo antibodies :   34 ,  normal  <100

Anti-TG antibodies : 7,5 ,  normal < 10

ANA LEVEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !  : 80 ,   normal :  < 80

My sed rate : 2   , normal  < 10

My CRP :  0,5 , normal  < 5

Do you think my elevated ANA level is related to  these  antibodies ?

What i can do ?  please save me!!! i

Jesuisfort, how old are you?

you don't need to be saved. Looks like you are suffering from some anxiety, maybe because your dad was ill recently, but it has turned out alright - no?

your anti--tpo and Anti-TG antibodies  are well within the normal range. Your ANA level is borderline and, in absence of any other symptoms or abnormal tests, there is no reason for worry.

autoimmune problems happen in men too, though not as often as in women.

Do you do sports? You should do a lot of sports in your age. This will make you strong and healthy and reduce your anxiety. ok? :)

Allergies are often the root cause of autoimmune disease. I'd be sure to take care of those first. This can mean getting rid of carpet, pets, getting a water filtration vacuum (dump water instead of keeping a breeding ground for dust and whatever else). Changing your diet etc etc.

Get allergy tests, read "The Allergy Free Garden" and study the APGIV system of molecular taxonomy.

Alternatively, you could get a copy of the American Boy Scouts Eagle Scout handbook and learn to do your own skin tests for everything under the sun. This is actually best as the immune system is plastic and your allergy spectrum will actually change over time, expand/contract depending on diet, exercise, and Rx.

Also, it's never too early to worry about yourself and when you get to the root cause of your problems, the hypochondria will disappear on it's own.

The Japanese food Wakame is apparently good for the thyroid, it's seaweed, so it tastes horrible. I buy powder and put it in capsules ( I take two 000 capsules, or probably about 15---1800 at least once daily, but will take it before meals as well), works every bit as good as eating it.

Drugs like memetine (usually for alzheimer's) can stimulate activity in the hippocampus which signals for activity in the thyroid. Might be worth giving a shot if your laws allow you to buy it on your own. It could also help you adapt to your new lifestyle.
