I'm currently in the space between a regular diet and a keto diet, often with intermittent fasting, where I'm finding myself doing stupid things like leaving the stove on, thinking to myself when I should be engaged in conversation, leave off words in email bodies, or walking around semi-aimlessly... it's that kind of thing where you're looking for your phone, and it's in your pocket, while you're thinking about feeling too tired to workout today.
I've been using Lions Mane, Creatine, ALCAR, B-Complex, D3, K2, Magnesium, Fish OIl, and Bacopa, while doing 30-45m of exercise per day, but these are seemingly ineffective if not counter-productive. When the focus on internal thoughts or a hyper-attentiveness to ones own bodily feelings or situation blocks external information to interfere with daily activities, further practices on internal states like mindfulness / meditation seem of little use.
Have you guys come across any particularly effective supplements or strategies for general absent-mindedness to move more toward a flow state of sharp attentiveness, smooth verbal fluency, and clear memory I/O?
