For Lion's Mane, CDP Choline, with neurogen promise, are there technologies / brain scan that shows that your brain indeed developed those new neurons, pathways or other brain 'growth' (dont know terms) that can be seen through medical test results?
How do you know for sure if your neurogenesis nootropics are delivering?

Before taking any nootropic, remove your brain and place it on a scale. Record the weight (this may prove difficult to remember while your brain is out of your head, so tie a string around your finger to help you remember), then return the brain to your skull. Repeat this procedure after completing the course of nootropics. Take the difference between the two weights. If you can still finish this computation, then the substance probably has at least neuroprotective effects.

There's ongoing debate as to whether neurogenesis even occurs in adult humans.
I'm still assuming it does considering the countless cases of recovery from brain trauma, alcohol damage and other issues.
There's no way to know if what you're taking works, there's really not much human evidence for the products you're talking about either.

Yeah I think you'll have to weigh your brain, just don't spill anything on it while its out.
