So I have tried various things:

Increase and decreasing serotonin none of which worked

Increasing dopamine and blocking dopamine didn´t work either.

Blocking norepinephrine and increase norepinephrine nothing.

Increase and blocking MAO nothing either.

Tried therapy and mediation , workout 5 days a week ,get 8 hours of sleep and changed my diet still nothing.

Did A brain scan nothing wrong with my brain.

tried various herbs and supplements nothing.

Tried increasing and blocking my cannabinoid receptors nothing.

Tried beta-blockers nothing.

I thought my body wasn´t producing enough glutathione but I tried NAC and glutathione reduced but they dont seem to be working .. I wonderd why then I saw this

Plain glutathione or precursors must be broken down by enzymes to the basic amino acid It is known that disease states can block the re-assimilation of components into rGSH.  Therefore, it is a better dietary/therapeutic decision to provide the orally active and absorbed Acetylglutathione which increases intracellular rGSH directly and naturally without increased energy expenditure and without being compromised from disease states .

I have tried Pregnenolone/DHEA/progesterone nothing.

Tried increasing GABA.

Tried Lyrica nothing just made me sleepy.

tried decreasing amygdala activity.

My testosterone levels are fine.

My blood test was fine according to my doctor.

tried NoFAP didnt do much either.

tried decreasing cortisol not much either.

tried fasting nothing.

tried NMDA agonist(pure NMDA)  and antagonist.

So  what am I missing? what receptor etc have I not thought of? the only thing that has  kind off worked for me  a little has been Benzodiazepines .

things I have left to do: Full body MRI  scan and acetyl-glutathione (so my body gets glutathione directly doesent have to do any work unlike the other forms of glutathione since my    cant synthesize it.)

maan.. im at the end of my ropes... I really thought I had it... acetyl-glutathione doesent seem to be working either...

Last thing to try is a full body MRI...

and few supplements:

quality multivitamin + lipmosoal glutathione  + Uric acid ( Terminalia bellerica conrols this make sure in healthy levels) + Nicotinamide Riboside

but I doubt the MRI will show anything or the supplements will do much

Have you considered a genetic test?

There are a whole host of neurotransmitters that can cause and alleviate anxiety. Glutamate is one of the major ones.

As for ginkgo biloba, one of its major side-effects is that it can cause anxiety.

But here's the thing, there are many causes of anxiety and ginkgo biloba can both cause and alleviate anxiety at the same time, so it may alleviate your already existing anxiety but leave you with another type or case of anxiety.

It's a 5ht2a receptor antagonist which is one reason it may relieve pressure and anxiety. People with migraine use it to relieve their migraines.

I experience tension in my forehead and sides as well as various other symptoms and ginkgo biloba relieves this for me.

Here's a question: which TYPE of anxiety do you experience? Social anxiety, such as anxiety in social situations, or perhaps generalized anxiety?

You have to explain more about what type of anxiety it is to know what causes it.

As for neurotransmitters, with serotonin there are at least 3 different receptors which all independently can cause anxiety, the 5ht2a, 5ht3, 5ht4.

Lowering or increasing serotonin is unlikely to help. You'd need to try antagonizing each receptor to figure out which it is.

I have already tried various serotonin antagonist etc... Reason ginkgo worked for me becuase it slows down crh in the hypothalamus (where crh is created)

so it directly helps.

I believe I have a Crh-secreting tumor, if you look it up there are very rare cases so imagine if you had a tumour that secreting CRH 24/7..... yeah thats the type of anxiety I have.

I already had a ct  scan but I believe the tumor is somewhere in my upper body .

I am almost 100% sure that it has nothing to do with crh, tumors, etc.

I too have 24/7 anxiety, in my case it's not only social in how it feels. It's sometimes triggered by social events and then it just sticks. Sometimes it comes randomly by itself.

Oxytocin? Have you been lonely for a while?

nop tried that. it is not lonely . it is like anxiety constant fight or flight feeling I have . Im  99% it has to do with CRH.  But what is causing Constant CRH release for me? thats what im trying to figure out.. At the moment all I can think of is a CRH-tumor.

I have had high anxiety problems my whole life. Tried all sorts of ssri meds, non addictive anxiety meds, herbs and ayurvedic medicine, and I couldn't figure out why something I take one day could make me anxious the next day. Bashing my head against the wall wondering what the heck is wrong with me. Adhd tests, OCD tests, the list goes on. It wasn't until I found out I have the COMT v158m ++ gene that I was able to understand what was going on. That gene makes me have higher than normal levels of dopamine at baseline. If I have too much coffee, nicotine, external stimulation, stress, or any type of supplement that effects dopamine levels, it sends me over the edge into too much dopamine which triggers adrenaline and too much epinephrine, hence chronic anxiety, increased cortisol. Another aspect of that gene is that I have trouble breaking down dopamine, so if it gets maxed out and I go into anxiety mode my brain says turn off dopamine we don't need anymore, well that triggers depression and a feeling of low dopamine. When that happened I used to take a supplement lets say like tyrosine and temporarily it would make me feel better. But if I took a daily dose of it like a normal person without the COMT mutated gene I would eventually have like a mini overdose on it and the same cycle would happen again, crash burn anxiety. What I am learning is that by seriously chilling out , limiting external stress, meditation, and utilizing simple things like magnesium I can stop the anxiety by monitoring my dopamine. I used to think I should just focus on raising my serotonin and that would fix everything, but that wasn't the issue. For me my anxiety is based on where my dopamine is at. You might have this gene, or you may not, but I thought my experience could shed some light because I totally related to your post.

My humble advice is that you should not mess with your brain hormones in any way, stay all natural. You must let it fix by itself, naturally. Do lots of sport and avoid all forms of drugs / chemicals.

This should work. Keep in mind that it takes 21 days for the mind to rewire something.

I used to have severe anxiety and all fixed when I socialised a lot, the mind is tricky ! stay natural and around people, see how it goes, my friend !
