Whats the best way to increase NAD+?From what I understand its either NR  or NMN to increase NAD+  ? but what about NADH?

what does NMN stand for? Im getting Nr which I think is  Niagen Nicotinamide Riboside right?  Should I skip NADH if I get Nr? Or are they different things?

NMN is Nicotinamide Mononucleotide.
