so far I have only tried Astaxanthin, curcumin and fish oil. Any other suggestions?

i use baking soda for heartburn and its great! not sure how it help with any inflammation in general though.
farshad, you could have at least contributed more and reported how those worked out for you...

You might also try:
Quercitin
Bromelain
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Digestive Enzymes
Resveratrol
Flax seed oil
Ginger
Regarding fish oil, be sure to get a high enough dose. Low doses generally aren't very effective, and capsules are useless. You might try 1 tablespoon / day of a high quality fish oil. FWIW, I like Nordic Omega: https://iherb.co/5RbBYvh

Agree with above. Also vitamin C, cocoa, curcumin, magnesium, ginger, spirulina.
