You might also try:

Quercitin

Bromelain

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Digestive Enzymes

Resveratrol

Flax seed oil

Ginger

Regarding fish oil, be sure to get a high enough dose. Low doses generally aren't very effective, and capsules are useless. You might try 1 tablespoon / day of a high quality fish oil. FWIW, I like Nordic Omega: https://iherb.co/5RbBYvh

Being on a diet I have lost 10 kg to match my student’s year’s weight and with daily consumption of curcuma powder with pepper I experience improvement against arthritis. Now I can seat on the floor, get up from it and even knee. Don’t know what helped. Is it diet or curcumin. I am going to lose another 10 kg to return to my teenage weight and see. Fat induces inflammation. So diet can be the cheapest way to fight inflammation.

Further weight loss induces muscle pain and stiffness. No improvement so far. Decided to increase portion of sugars in meals. Pure ketodiet seems to ba bad for health. I don,t consume any supps besides pepper and curcumin
