I was tested and both are high. I know that sometimes when you decrease one, the other usually rises. Is there anything that lowers both?

Apigenin could do that as it works as monoamine re-uptake enhancer leading to decreased levels. It has couple of other mechanisms too though.

prolonged stress :d but that isnt a very healthy option. maybe some antipsychotic.  Do you find any trouble with them being high? most people desire to make them high(er)

Thanks. I read up on it and it seems good. I'm going to order some online today and see how it works.

I got saliva test done, which is very effective for testing neurotransmitters.  I use to take SSRI's on and off over the years, so I'm not surprised that my serotonin is high, but I was doubtful at first too. My dopamine is definitely high. Things that I tried in the past that increase it, have a bad effect on me.

That is the concetration of them in the salvia not in the brain. Levels of neurotransmitters in other part of the body is not correlated to brain’s neurotransmitters level.

Lowering dopamine in the brain, (for example by antipsychotic) could lead to upregulation of dopamine receptors and when dopamine level wil be back to your normal baseline you will suffer even more from the effect of dopamine.

Ps: Instead if you want to feel "less" the effect of serotonin and dopamine you should use try to downregulate their receptors by strong agonist (potentially dangerous)

Dopaming agonists cause severe anhedonia in people, atleast the d3 selective ones, interestingly the d3 preferred agonism induces a potent antidepressant effect, there's loads of research on pramipexole and depression.

You mean they treat/cure anhedonia. The withdrawal can bring back anhedonia due to DAWS and it might be worse than where you started but I think it's a good last resort to try.
