Hello, I was wondering has anyone used either of these two alone or together and seen improvements with their stress/anxiety/fear levels in social situations especially?
Both of these 2 reduce CRH (cortisol - releasing - hormone) significally so you would think they would help with social anxiety for someone that has it or even make a normal person more calm/confident/relaxed.
