There is something wrong with you.

No shit, Captain Obvious.

Coming back to the topic (and I posted it in a similar thread on this way back), cold shower after exercise helps, so maybe this has to do with temp regulation?

Still battling this, worse than ever.  I believe this due to a release of serotonin or glutamate.

Probably glutamate.  If by anything, animal protein can be distinguished from plant by its high glutamic acid content.

Exercise induces significant glutamic factors in the skeletal muscle, glutamate easily passes from the blood to the brain, and so explains your symptoms.  Not the most common, but no matter.

If it were glutamate, magnesium might help.  Lamb, eggs and chicken are the lowest sources. Arginine competes in the stomach for uptake with glutamate, most of its sources are meats (glutamate rich) but you can supplement with a few plant foods, pumpkin seeds and peanuts.  Really just running out of suggestions at this point my man, did you consider working out less intensely or eating just less meat?

A few things.

Overtraining - doing too much or training every day

Insufficient protein, and I don't mean whey, real meat protein, you get additional vitamins from this, everything is in the correct balance.

Insufficient fat - If you reduce your fat intake is too low you will get protein malabsorption

Insufficient calories - You may not be eating enough

Supplements - Some supplements can mess with your mood, drop all of the training supplements and after a good washout see does it keep happening

Not replenishing stores - Try eating a banana, some carbs, some salt, and protein together after a workout. The banana will add some Tryptophan and sugar in for you.

A combination of the above
