I'm thinking some supplements may be safe like methyl b12 and most vitamins and minerals. Less sure on theanine, and most adaptogenic herbs.

I could give two shits on what’s legal and what’s not. Ill have to rely on my sources in China I just hope the purity and quality is good.

Plus I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of people still selling it. Pro hormones were banned back in 2009 and there are still several places selling them.
