Simple one...which one?

MK7 has the best results it would appear? What are som experiences?

Looking to decalcify.

I’ve always used MK7 with my vitamin D but recently stopped because I recently started smoking cigarettes again(stopping soon) and if I recall correctly it’s not a good idea to supplement with vitamin K if you smoke.

Yep just bought me some jarrow MK7. Had some weird effects from MK4 as the dose is much higher; some decreased cognition and weird anxiety. What made you take MK7?

Are used it because I read it was the most bioavailable form.

In this article below it states K1 works with blood clotting but doesn’t mention it on K2 does anyone know if K2 can increase clotting because that’s the last thing I want? Thanks

K2 certainly increases clotting...
