Is there a good way to adapt ones lifestyle to avoid cancer as best as possible?

And is there a accurate list about how often to examine certain organs?

Probably the number one preventative factor is getting lots of exercise.

There are various other things that provide some statistical protection. Being significantly overweight increases cancer risk somewhat, maybe 20% or so although it's difficult to measure this in a population. Eating meat increases cancer risk roughly the same amount. Eating processed meats such as bacon is especially bad.

Taking a regular low-dose aspirin lowers your risk by more than this, maybe about a 40% reduction. However there are some negative side effects associated with this including excessive bleeding.

Exercise, caloric restriction, periodic fasting will get you a long way. It's quite possible that a single yearly extended fast (5-20 Days) provide a robust defense but that has never been tested properly.

The no meat part is vegan bullshit science IMHO.

The most effective way to  prevent cancer is to boost your immune systeme !  Your immune system search and destroy cancer cell all the time !

Here's what you can do :

- Low dose Naltrexone :  Increase Natural  killer activity and number,     this drug has already showed  benefit in cancer

- Mushroom extract :  Reishi , Turkey tail, Cordyceps , mushroom are very potent for  modulating and boosting immune system

- Probiotic  is also extremly important for immune system, for example,  patient who have a bad gut bacteria don't respond very well to immunotherapy ! ( source : https://www.cancer.g...int-inhibitors)

- Exercice  !

-  Enough sleep !

- Avoid stresse ,  cortisol is a  very very very potent immunosuppresant

If your  immune system is very potent, you reduce drasticaly your cancer risk, !

They are immunotherapic drug like Keytruda and Opdivo  that cured some   stage IV cancer  , but they are very expensive and  can litteraly kill you, these  two drugs can only  be used if you have an advanced cancer

You can also reduce your chance of getting cancer by taking  ::

- Metformin ( At least 1,5 g per day )  ,

 -  Aspirin ( 160 mg divided in two dose of 80 mg )

If I had cancer I would:

Eat a very low-fat diet. ---> Fat is calorie-dense and provides abundant energy for growth. Plus polyunsaturated-fats, promotes oxidative-damage and alter the immune-system.

Avoid animal-protein.   ---> Animal-protein (and in particular dairy-protein) is extremely anabolic, promoting IGF-1 which promotes cell-growth and prevents cell-death. IGF-1 also promotes angiogenesis.

High-fiber diet.              ---> Fiber promotes healthy elimination of toxins and bile. Fiber is also known to lower hormones that promote cancer growth and lower inflammation.

Exercise.                      ---> Exercise helps redistributes energy towards muscles and away from tumors and adipose-tissue. Also staying lean reduces the output of harmful adipokines, hormones and fatty-acids (from adipose-tissue), which promote cancer.

Fasting.                        ---> Fasting is catabolic and it quickly lowers anabolic hormones that can promote cancer growth. Fasting causes your body to recycle and shed-off old and damaged cells.

Sunlight.                       ---> Sunlight provides vitamin-D, which is very anti-cancer.

Antioxidants.                ---> Antioxidants are found in plant-foods (vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, and potatoes). Antioxidants promotes health in numerous ways. They have powerful anti-cancer benefits.

Green tea.                   ---> If I had cancer I would only drink either fresh water or plain organic green-tea. Green-tea is very anti-cancer.
Low dose Aspirin.        ---> Aspirin block the hormones that promote inflammation and cancer.

That's a sad story. I agree that living a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet, won't cure advanced stages of breast cancer. All forms of cancer remain a tragedies with small strides forward based on C-dolla for shareholders.

With regard to fasting, researchers (Longo, et al) are finding that fasting mimicking diets (brief CR) before chemotherapies may help with chemos' harsh side effects in many different animal models, including the human.

It's tragic that people with cancer are duped into believing that "veganism and God" will remove cancer cells from the body. It's also tragic that "cancer" in its multitudinousness is a such money-making profit machine; we've heard for decades that the "War" on Cancer is making great strides towards cures. But wars on cancer seem to resemble wars in the Middle East, which are also making great strides for personal finance.

Hello, I did a lot of research about cancer prevention,      for me,  here's the supplement  / drug that can really  prevent cancer  :

- Ghk-CU ( Reset DNA to his healty state,  upregulate a lot of anti cancer gene and downregulate pro-cancer and pro-inflammatory gene)

- Sulforaphane (Upregulate anti-cancer gene, protect against inflammation ,  AMPK activator,  MTOR inhibitor)

- Low Dose aspirin ( Cut  general cancer risk by 15%  )

- Metformin ( Prevent cancer and can reverse Pre cancer state,  can be used as an adjuvant in cancer therapy for some cancer , also a potent AMPK activator  and Mtor inhibitor)

- Rapamycin   a very very potent MTOR inhibitor, be careful, this drug is dangerous

-  Healty Diet + Exercice + enough sleep  prevent some cancer

- Avoid anxiety  ( Anxiety  lower immune system function)

Is there a good way to adapt ones lifestyle to avoid cancer as best as possible?

The question must be interpreted as related to pure prevention, not remedial measures after the occurrance of cancer.

A suitable strategy would include the following measures (the list is not at all exhaustive):

  • Systemic and chronical mTOR underamplification by caloric restriction or low-protein, low insuline-spiking diet (Longo's longevity diet) or low carbs, low protein, hi fat diets (Rosedale or keto)
  • Systemic and chronical mTOR underamplification by caloric restriction mimetics (various phytochemicals)
  • Consistent stimulation of the immune system by (xeno)hormetic phytochemicals (sulphoraphane, phenolic compounds and many others) and hormetic stresses (Cold exposure, exercise, heat exposure, fasting)
  • Periodic and sustainable fasting strategies, like Valter Longo's Fast Mimicking Diet.
  • Systemic and chronical mTOR underamplification by caloric restriction mimetic  drugs (metformin, rapamycin). POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS.
  • Avoidance of foods which have been declared carcinogens by IARC (processed meats, red meats, alcohol). This is not vegan hype. This is evidence-based science.
  • Avoidance of known carcinogens in the working environment and in life environment. These include for example asbestos fibers (inhaled), inhaled crystalline silica, Berillium, Ionizing radiations, benzo(a)pyrene from cigarette smoke, inorganic arsenic in rice, and many other hazardous compounds.

Excercise, ashwagandha, turmeric, and I read I think that magnesium that is absorbed well like magnesium glycinate I think does something with turning off DNA in cancer or something.

Forgot to mention melatonin. I've seen some very persuasive studies about how protective it is, and also how easy it is for melatonin production to be disrupted by poor sleep patterns or ambient light.

Calorie restriction is still probably one of the best ways to prevent cancer. The evidence is pretty consistent from small mammals to monkeys, and there's evidence in humans as well.

Other than that, all the sensible stuff like eating a diet high in vegetables and fruit while being low in animal protein which stimulates IGF-1. A vegan diet perhaps. :)

Mushroom extracts, alpha, and beta glucans also stimulate the immune system.

Adequate vitamin D levels. Around 1000-2000 IU per day seems to be protective against certain types of cancer and its recurrence.

Making sure you get all your B vitamins.

The dose you mention for Metformin is pretty high, especially when you say "at least"

I am not disagreeing, because I have no position on this one way or another. But can you share how you arrived at that dose?
