Hello, some studies, 1, 2, 3, underline the correlation between working memory performance and dopamine Synthesis Capacity in the striatum (+dopamine = better WM)

But abnormal dopamine systhesis capacity in the striatum seems to be the cause of the positive symptoms in schizophrenia, "However, recent studies in people at risk of schizophrenia have found elevated striatal dopamine synthesis capacity, and increased dopamine release to stress. "

could people with better working memory be at a greater risk of developing psychosis or even schizophrenia??
