Does black cumin seed oil elevate both serotonin and dopamine or just serotonin?  I am asking because I can tolerate things that elevate both serotonin and dopamine whereas things that elevate just serotonin make me feel worse.

It seems like just serotonin and GABA. I read another study where it seem to also impact acetylcholine.
