I use Now’s Rhodiola Rosea (3% Rosavins 1% Salidroside) and recently picked up Salidrosol (10mg Salidroside/10mg Tyrosol)

What’s the deal with rhodiola crenulata? Should it be used as well?

Never heard of it. Does it contain the same active compounds or is it different?

I can’t seem to find much. From what I’ve read it seems the Crenulata contains more salidroside. A few studies showed positive affects for breast cancer but I can’t really seem to find the benefits of what Crenulata holds over Rosavins and salidroside.
