I have just read the above link, it makes me feel courious about this matter again. 

As I can understand in the above text, is that skin & wrickles aging, could be a matter or age mutated mitochondrial DNA, as far as i know, it is supossed that NAD+ could restore this hability in the mitochondria, but at the moment, no one has already sent an after/before NAD+  decent picture without wrinckles or showing a great mane of hair. What do you think? is it Bio availability issue or what?

 

In the other hand, if it has been shown that Blue Methilene can also achieve this target ( at least in skin), it means that  MB can reverse age related issues in mitochondria? or would it work in a different way such as protein/peptide synthesis?

"In mice"...don't think too hard about it until there is human data.

 

Subjectively, from what I have seen, inducing and then reversing a "condition" in mice has little applicability to similar human conditions. Still, better functioning mitochondria should be helpful in ameliorating signs of aging, according to most research.
