Ignoring price, if you had to pick between Life Extension's Optimized NAD+ Cell Regenerator with Resveratrol or Longevinex Advantage + Niagen, which product swould you choose?  Or, is there another option with a better synergistic mix?

Depends on the dose you want to achieve.   If it is higher dose(500~mg) you need high purity extract when it comes to resveratrol if it comes from knotweed.   Not sure if those are 98+% pure or if they're entirely from a non knotweed source.

I was also looking at biotivia, which sells pure NAD and 500mg caps of 98% micronized resveratrol (10 micron particles.)...  It seems like I've read Nicotinamide Riboside is better absorbed and converted to NAD+ than NMN or NAD directly.

I also came across Reserveage's new resveratrol offering with "TriActiv Technology™ to deliver a triple blend of standardized trans-Resveratrol" @ 500mg trans-resveratrol from 800mg of Knotweed / grapes with 40mg quercetin.  They also sell one that tacks on pterostilbene.

I take Biotivia's TransMax -- trans-resveratrol 500 mg. I've tried a couple of other brands, and they don't work as well for me (based on blood glucose measurements).

I also take Thorne's NiaCel-250 -- nicotinamide riboside 250 mg. Thorne has a well-deserved reputation for high-quality supplements.
