Thanks for posting this, I was hoping for human studies. As far as I know there are no spermidine supplements, but it is readily avaialble from foodstuffs. One heaping tablespoon of wheatgerm daily will boost your intake drastically; eat sauerkraut, kimchi, mushrooms. I got a quote on Alibaba for 99% spermidine. It was about $1000 for 100g.

Only has a very meager and insufficient 50 mcg per 4 capsules. A packet/month supply for 23,92 €.

Just saw a 200 g bottle of Wheatgerm extract in an organic store, which allegedly has a certified spermidine content of 8 mg per 10g dose. For about 16,-€ a bottle (but now can't find online with a quick search).

Raab Vitalfood's organic wheat germ powder contains a standardised spermidine 5mg per 10g. So can do a water extract.
