Confused as to whether it's an agonist or antagonist. Anyone know?

Could be a useful nootropic if it is in fact a mild agonist.

I don’t think it’s either but it protects against nmda toxicity.

To my understanding creatine overall decreases glutamate levels which should mean decreased NMDA activation.
