consumption a bit 'uridine and seems to work well, but I do not understand why when I take methylcobalamin 1000mcg, my best mood but brain fog and failure to speak well, has anything to do with methylation?

my (I think) is a dopamine problem, after a serious addiction to the internet and porn, precisely every time I do something particularly addictive (food, internet) I feel as if my receptors unrighte too fast and I feel all the effects of a low dopamine, I wanted to integrate methylcobalamin and methylfolate as a support to uridine to avoid a risk of deficiency, but I noticed that it gives me a severe brain fog
You should get genetic testing done to see what you need. You might benefit more from adenosylcobalamin and/or cyanocobalamin.

Methylcobalamin works best when your oxidative stress and nitric oxide (NO) levels aren't high. If they are high, then the Methyl-B12 can be oxidized, which can make you feel terrible.
You might try Hydroxo-B12 instead, which will help reduce NO. Don't use methyl-folate while you're taking Hydroxo-B12.
Avoid Folic Acid. It's an evil compound not found in nature that badly mucks with folate metabolism.
Another related issue may be related to BH4, which is required to create most neurotransmitters. BH2 to BH4 recycling requires methyl-folate and SAMe. If your methylation pathways are messed-up, you may not be making enough of either. In addition, BH4 is easily damaged by oxidative stress.

One of the strangest things is that it takes 15-20 minutes of internet to exhaust my dopamine reserves and notice all the negative effects (less confidence, procrastinate, depression, etc.) why?Dopamine neurons problem or dopamine receptor

What is the reason you can't take methyl folate while using hydroxocobalamin?
