Hello,

I have been doing research to write a research topic for Stardust.bio ( a collaboration platform).

I am compiling all available research on Nicotinamide Riboside - What is confusing me is that I am aware NADH+ supplements have been for sale for ages before Nicotinamide Riboside was a thing. I simply don't understand why everyone wants the precursor. Now I know NAD, NAD+ , NADH are all different things, but I can't seem to find a definitive explanation of why they are different.

I feel like I am missing something here.

Also, I can't find any info regarding whether Nicotinamide Riboside is better than Niacin at raising NAD levels and if so why.

Finally, if it works would it reverse aging or would it only pause it?

I am serious about writing comprehensively about this because there is so much marketing behind Nicotinamide Riboside I can't tell fact from fiction.

If you are interested in my work on Stardust here are some topics with a focus on impartiality I wrote on:

IGF-1 Gene Therapy:

https://stardust.bio...ch-and-overview

FOXO4-DRI Gene Therapy:
https://stardust.bio...ch-and-overview

Anyone can contribute to those ^

Thanks!

Your best approach  would be to read the site AboutNAD.com and follow up on the sources quoted there. Best of luck!
